Camel Stop RV Park is located in the beautiful north central  Texas area. We are only a short drive from the Fort Worth metro area and from the Texas Hill Country. Our park is set on twenty beautiful acres just off of US 377 between Stephenville and Dublin. For those that don’t know Stephenville, it’s the home of Tarleton State University and Dublin is home to the original Dublin Dr.Pepper. Our park is located just 8 miles from US 281 and is a great place to stop on the way to the Hill Country or the Rio Grande Valley. Who knows, once you get here you may want to stay the winter with us. There are three golf courses within a 15-minute drive, fishing at Proctor Lake and lots of shopping for the ladies. For those who may need to buy a new RV or have some service work done on your current home on wheels, Bayer RV Sales/Service is only 1 mile away. They also have a nicely stocked parts store. There is also LP gas store less than a mile away from our park.

We have 40 large and wide pull thru sites that will hold even the biggest rigs. All sites have full hook ups with 20,30 and 50-amp service. We have free WiFi for all sites. The sites have plenty of nice green grass and trees that are growing as fast as they can. We have an eight hundred square foot rally room with plenty of seating and a kitchenette. We have a laundry room with commercial grade washers and dryers. We have a shower room with more showers coming in 2008.Also coming in 2008 will be a 1500 ft. rally room with kitchen and sitting area with big screen TV. Also on the horizon in 2008 is an in-ground pool with deck and playground for the kids.Your pets are welcome as long as you keep them on a leash and pick up after them.
